Interregional Public Organization of the Russian Union of Youth in St. Petersburg and Leningrad region invites November 28 in a concert hall "Aurora" of hotel "Saint Petersburg".

The regional office of the most massive non-governmental, non-political youth organization in Russia invites guests to a festive evening of the meeting of generations, marking the 15th anniversary of its creation. It will be at Concert Hall "Aurora" of hotel "Saint Petersburg", November 28.

The evening will be a good outcome of the festivities. Will gather friends and participants of programs and projects of the organization, colleagues who have made a significant contribution to the implementation of youth policy, beginning leaders and active youth movement in St. Petersburg and Leningrad region.

Will be a press conference and round table discussion, which will discuss the following questions:

- Are there similar organizations today, and if so, whether they are in demand?
       - Why the diversity of youth groups from pacifists to extremists?
       - What is the attitude of society and the state for youth groups?
       - How today can be characterized by the youth policy in St. Petersburg, Leningrad Oblast and Russia?
       - Is there a legal framework regulating the activities of youth associations?
       - How is the need for young people to form groups through social networking and Internet resources?

We invite executives and correspondents university, student and youth media St. Petersburg and Leningrad region.

Interregional Public Organization PCM in St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region (MOO PCM  in St. Petersburg and Leningrad) founded the youth activists November 28, 1996 and is the territorial organization of the PCM. At the moment, Russian Youth Union (ESM) is one of the most well-known youth organizations in St. Petersburg, Leningrad Oblast and Russia in general.

During this small, but significant time for the youth movement during the Russian Union of Youth in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region have been implemented over 90 projects and programs, which were attended by no less than 300 thousand young people.

In 2011 MOO RSM in St. Petersburg and Leningrad region has been a lot of work, carried out numerous activities and projects, both regional and All-Russian level. All of them have been dated to the 15th anniversary of the establishment of IPO PCM in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region.

Trying to be as open, PCM constantly publishes news and announcements of their activities and, of course, the work by making its operations more transparent.
We are open for cooperation and new ideas! Our motto is "Building Young Russia!".
